Job Title: Business Process Modeling Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Business Process Modeling Intern. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing and visualizing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mapping:

o Assist in documenting and visualizing current business processes using tools such as Microsoft Visio, ARIS, or similar.

o Work with various departments to gather information on existing processes.

o Create clear and comprehensive process maps to illustrate workflow, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.

• Process Mining:

o Utilize process mining software (e.g., Celonis, ARIS, Disco, etc.) to analyze process data.

o Extract and prepare data from various systems for process mining activities.

o Identify patterns, deviations, and areas for improvement in business processes.

• Data Analysis:

o Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to support process mining initiatives.

o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Collaboration:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.

o Present status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

o Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their impact.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

• Advanced English – Ability to conduct business globally with stakeholders

• Basic understanding of process mapping and process mining concepts is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, ARIS, or similar) and process mining software (e.g., ARIS, Celonis, Disco or similar) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
